Mary and Alexander Duff Sr. begin sub-letting a filleting table, working split shifts, filleting and smoking haddock in Aberdeen
Sons Paul and Zander take over the running of the company, growing it into a full seafood processing and wholesale operation.
1990 - Family Expansion
BlueFlag Launched - 2012
BlueFlag Seafoods is established, supplying restaurants, hotels, and fish and chip shops across the North East of Scotland. The fresh fish shop opens adjoining the factory.
AGD Duff opens its new, significantly larger factory and shop at Broadfold Road, Bridge of Don, creating a modern home for the growing family business and its team.

Third-generation Hayden and Owen join the business alongside a team of 60 plus, continuing the family tradition of quality Scottish seafood.
