We buy fish daily from Peterhead, Fraserbrugh, Shetland, Scrabster, Kinlochbervie which is processed the same day. When our fish arrives at the factory it is graded, filleted, packed and ready to dispatch to our customers within hours. We pride ourselves on supplying the freshest product which are sustainably fished.
