established in 1973. Mary And Alexander Duff SNR started sub letting a filleting table, working split shifts filleting and smoking haddock. Since 1990 Their sons Paul and Zander took over the running of the company and now have their sons Hayden and Owen working along with the 38 member of staff the work in the business. Supplying customers all over the uk and in Europe.
